Careers
It starts at the academy and continues on the floor
10 houses, 7 crafts, two countries, one standard. You do not need experience to begin — you need to want the craft enough to be taught it properly.

The ladder
- 01
Learn
You start at Toni International, whether or not you have held shears before. The academy is where the standard is set, and it is the group's own.
- 02
Assist
You move onto a real floor alongside people doing the work. Assisting is not filler — it is where technique meets an actual client with an actual opinion.
- 03
Hold a chair
You take your own clients in one of the houses, in the craft you trained for: hair, scalp, skin or colour.
- 04
Lead, teach, or open
Some people go on to run a floor. Some go back to the academy to teach. Some build a name of their own with the group's studio behind them.

Applying
Applications go to the group’s own hiring system, which opens in a new tab. It is a full application rather than an expression of interest, so it asks for identification, education and employment history — worth setting aside a few minutes for.
