Who this policy is from

This site is published by EX GROUP PTE LTD (UEN 202008585H), a company registered in Singapore, and this policy is that company’s. “EX Group”, “we” and “us” below mean EX GROUP PTE LTD.

This site does not track you

There are no analytics on this site, no advertising or tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts that profile visitors. The public pages set no cookies and store nothing in your browser. You can read every one of them without giving us anything and without us building a record of your visit.

One address is not a public page. /studio is the content-editing tool our own team signs into, and it keeps a sign-in token in the browser of the person editing. It is not part of the site described here and it does not track anyone who visits.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short-lived technical logs of requests to its servers — including IP addresses — as part of operating and securing the service. That is ordinary infrastructure logging and we do not use it to identify or profile visitors.

The only personal data we collect is what you send us

If you use the form on our contact page, we receive the name, email address and message you type into it. We ask for those three things because we cannot answer an enquiry without them. Nothing else is collected, and none of it is required to use the rest of the site.

We use what you send for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use it for marketing.

Where an enquiry goes

Your message is delivered by Resend, an email delivery provider, to a group email address. It is not written to any database — this site does not have one — so the message exists as an email, in our inbox and in Resend’s delivery records.

Enquiries are kept in that inbox for as long as they are useful for answering you and keeping a record of the correspondence. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us what personal data of yours we hold and how it has been used, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and withdraw your consent to our using it. Withdrawing consent for an enquiry means we stop processing it, which may mean we can no longer answer you.

To make any of those requests, or to ask anything about this policy, write to amyliang@exgroup.com.sg. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Other sites

This site links out to the websites of the group’s houses and to third parties such as our hiring system. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
