The Craft
The craft is only as good as the next person taught it
Most beauty groups buy their talent. This one teaches it. Toni International College of Aesthetics & Physiology is a craft of the group in its own right, not a training department bolted to the side of it.

Why the school sits at the centre
The constraint on a beauty group is never premises and rarely demand. It is people — enough of them, trained to one standard, at the moment a new room opens.
Teaching the craft ourselves means the standard taught is the standard expected on the floor, rather than something a new hire has to unlearn in their first month.
It also means a career here has a visible first rung. Someone can begin with no experience and end up holding a chair in one of the houses.
7 crafts under one standard
Each is a distinct discipline with its own consultation, its own training and its own bench of people. They are not four salons wearing different names.
